About Us
We are a competitive Irish Dance school based in Prince Albert, Sask. We offer students the opportunity to learn traditional Irish Dance Steps as well as contemporary choreographies based on the traditional steps. We perform at local care homes, community events such as Tapestrama and guests on TeleMiracle!
We offer material suitable for all ages and levels of experience from Beginner to Open Championships. Our dancers learn the fundamentals of dance along with the importance of hard work, perseverance, teamwork, self worth and how to set goals and make them a reality. We often compete or perform as individuals, but we train as a team and support eachother as a family. Our dancers work hard, but never forget to have fun and always finish class with a smile.
Sara Stahl is a registered TCRG with CLRG in Ireland, successfully passing her teaching exam in 2012. She fell in love with Irish dancing in 2000 and worked hard to become an Open Champion and to qualify for both World and North American Championships. When she's not in the studio, she is going on adventures with her husband & daughter or working as a full time Registered Nurse certified in advanced wound/ostomy care.
Classes
We offer classes for all levels of experience for ages 4 up to adult! Classes held in cafetorium of
Carlton High School (665 28 St E).
Classes include warm ups with solo and/or group dances as well as strength/flexibility training to prevent injuries & improve dancing.
New dancer?
We work with individuals to set appropriate goals & offer support to make dreams a reality. Small classes allow us to work with each student and build a strong relationship.
Dancers should wear clothing that allows for full range of motion and bring a water bottle Beginners can wear black ballet slippers or we can help you order soft shoes! That's it- you are ready for your first class!
